Mini Cheer participants will cheer at the football game tomorrow night at 7:00. If you were a part of camp please come to the football field prepared and ready, at 6:45. We are so excited to have you cheer at our first home game of the season!
MHS Cheerleaders will be at the Elementary every Friday morning selling Spirit Merchandise.

MES Parents - With school out on Monday for Labor Day, MHS updated the Homecoming Dress Up Days for next week. A yellow flyer with next week's dress up themes is coming home today.
In observance of Labor Day, Meridian ISD will be closed on Monday, September 5, 2022. There will be a Homecoming parade that evening beginning at the FUMC at approximately 6;30 and ending at the stadium.
Classes will resume at their regular time on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.

Our FFA officer team would like to invite you to our first FFA meeting of the 2022-2023 school year scheduled for Monday, August 29 beginning at 6:30 pm. They are excited to kick off the new year. Come see what they are planning this year and the new AG room/ shop! We would love to have you!
MES Family - Be on the lookout for several important forms coming home today: Handbook/Code of Conduct Form (sign & return), Backpack Program sign up, and Pep Rally Themes/Dismissal instructions.
We are also still accepting Chromebook Insurance/Acceptable Use forms and Lunch Forms daily!
7th Grade Parent Meeting August 25th at 5:00 in the Junior High Science Lab.
There will be a Junior Class Parent Meeting on August 24th at 5:00 in the High School library. We will discuss the homecoming float for the parade on September 5th, fundraisers, and prom.

Fall Athletic pictures will be Monday Aug. 22nd. Pictures can be prepay or ordered online @ phototexasphotography.com.

The MHS sophomore class is selling Homecoming shirts with rosters on the back. Sales are currently underway and orders are due by Tuesday, August 30 at 3:00 pm.
