The Band of Gold had a strong performance at the McKinney Marching Invitational this weekend! They had the opportunity to showcase their talents in front of 5A-6A bands from across the metroplex. The band received great feedback on how to further perfect their UIL performance on Wednesday, October 23 in Riesel! #RiseAsOne #WinTheDay

2nd Grade did an experiment with Mrs. Brooks during Magic Time! Water, baking soda, and vinegar combined creates carbon dioxide gas. The gas bubbles attach to the "ghosts" (lima beans) and help them dance!
