NHS & Student Council members will be spreading kindness through various social media platforms using #buildabetterswarm. We hope this will catch on & reach beyond our students. Students will have space where they can leave words of kindness for others.

Meridian JH teachers awarded their first Gold Star student this week. Teachers nominated students of their choice and then voted for one top student. We are only going to award 5 students this school year. Those nominated had to be the best of the best. Teachers had to write a paragraph detailing why they were nominating that student. The first recipient of the Gold Star Award is 7th grader Jackson Errington.

Come out and support our kids tonight as we take on Dawson at home. Kick-off is at 7:30 and it is our pink-out game. Band of Gold will perform at half-time and concessions will be offering hot chocolate and coffee.

It's Party Bus Day!!!
Thank you to EVERYONE that supported the MES Fundraiser this fall. Congratulations to our top selling students! They were treated to pizza (Thanks to Royal Pizza) and a party bus ride! We appreciate everyone that helped raise money for our school.
