Carter Blood Drive-October 22, 9:00 am-3:00 pm at the High School. Everyone is welcome to give blood. Parents may give in the place of their child. Seniors who give 2 times will receive a red cord for graduation.16 year olds must have parent permission-slips in the office.

Secondary School Faculty and Staff Member of the 6 weeks voted by students: Faculty, Kendall Hughes and Carlos Johannson will receive lunch and 1 class covered by the Principal. Staff Member, Sonia Alvizo will receive lunch. Congrats to these deserving individuals!!

Meridian Elementary School would like to recognize Mrs. Leisha Martin, 2nd grade, and Mrs. Diana Davis, 4th grade, as Staff Members of the Month for September. Congrats to JV Girls for winning the Goldthwaite CC meet by one point. The varsity girls got 2nd. Dakota placed 2nd, Mallory was 5th and Norah was 8th. Meryl was 1st, Faith was 3rd, Haley was 4th, Burkly was 10th and Braislee was 11th. De’Marius was 7th and Daylyn was 4th. Very proud of all the runners.
