2nd, 3rd, and ELS experimented with homemade "lava lamps" in the Library! You need water, food coloring, cooking oil, and effervescent tablets to make your own! :)

The Junior Class is so excited for the upcoming Golf Scramble that will be held at the Bosque Valley Golf Club. We still have spots for two teams available. Come out and support the class of 2026!

This morning the Ag Mech Welding boys in Houston are working hard to complete their trailer in 8 hours. Out of all the schools in the state, only 25 schools were selected in participate in the build-off. This is an incredible opportunity for our welding students to apply ag engineering skills with welding and reading blue prints.
The purpose of the contest is that each school is given 8 hours and a set of blue prints to complete a 6x12 utility trailer. No work can be done beforehand. They also can only talk with their Ag teacher for 15 minutes throughout the entire 8 hours and must use their own skills to complete the trailer.

Breaking News!!
All Meridian High School students (6th - 12th grade) will be going to the Dallas Zoo on November 18th as a reward for their hard work in the classroom and for their good attendance. Ticket admission and lunch will be included!
We will leave at 6:45 a.m. and return by 5:00 p.m. Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria. Please note that transportation will not run that early on that day, but prior arrangements can be made for requesting a ride for your child by calling Dr. Paceley at the High School. Thank you!
